Abstract

Implementing quality tools in industrial processes is essential to reduce waste and increase effectiveness. This article addresses the importance of this implementation and its benefits for industrial operations. By adopting tools such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Total Quality Management (TQM), companies can identify and eliminate activities that do not add value, reduce variability in processes and guarantee the quality of the final product. Furthermore, these tools promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging employee participation in identifying and resolving problems. By effectively implementing quality tools, companies can achieve greater operational efficiency, cost reduction and greater customer satisfaction.
