UMA INVESTIGAÇÃO DO COMPORTAMENTO DA EXPRESSÃO DE FUTURIDADE COM A FORMA DO “FUTURO SIMPLES” VERSUS A “PERÍFRASE VERBAL IR + INFINITIVO E AS VARIEDADES “NÓS” E “A GENTE” EM GÊNEROS TEXTUAIS DO CONTÍNUO FALA-ESCRITA

Abstract

Sociolinguistics studies have showed that in the Brazilian school context the pronominal and verbal teaching education prioritizes the aspects pointed out by the grammar tradition, in which the reality has been a matter of concern and studies by researchers in the linguistics field, especially, in the sociolinguistics field, by presenting a distance from the Brazilian linguistic reality. Based on that, this study aims to present an investigation of the ranges of expression in the first-person plural and the variation to reference to the future tense, which has been shown in many studies, such as Vieira (2019), Faraco (2008), Matos e Silva (2004), among others. For investigating the variable phenomena on the pronominal variation “Nós” versus “A gente”, and the expression of futurity as the “simple future” versus the “verbal periphrases IR + infinitive”, following the proposed aspects by Educational Linguistics, the corpus of this research is constituted of different text genres of the continuous speech-writing proposed by Bortoni-Ricardo (2004). On the basis analysis of the investigated phenomena, we ascertained that a language demonstrates a set of variable rules. Therefore, we expect to contribute towards a reflection on the Portuguese language teaching, as a grammatical phenomenon, guided by the Educational Sociolinguistics postulates, collaborating, in this way, to the language to be increasingly seen by the speakers as a mean of social and cultural interaction.
