APONTAMENTOS SOBRE A SOCIEDADE DO ESPETÁCULO E SOCIEDADE DO RISCO

Resumo

This article is a device that unites concepts, theses, foundations, philosophies, from various places and contexts, as well as aims to initiate a reflection, of a political, social, legal and dialectical nature on the creation of a new non-utopian, non-violent anarchist paradigm that, in addition to serving as a basis for prosperity and greater development of society, also serves as a solution for stigmas already diagnosed at its core. Presented from the multidisciplinary perspective of constitutional law, the theory of the State and Political Science, where it will aim to project new light in law, illuminated by the theories of various thinkers, such as: Giorgio Agamben, Mikhail Bakunin, Zygmunt Bauman, Ulrich Beck, Guy Debord, Piotr Kropotkin, Pierre-Joseph Proudhon, Liev Tolstoy, among others. It is a theme of relevant importance, now which refers to the well-being of every contemporary and current society, as well as the system of government, financial, cultural, "radical" and plastered, this tyrant from which she "survives" and should no longer exist.
